We recently project managed the Pre-sale Property Makeover and Home Staging of this lovely cottage in St Albans. 

This unique property has 3 double bedrooms and is located on a pretty but narrow street lined with Victorian terraces. It is full of characters and retains some original features such as ornate fireplaces throughout and original shop windows to the front. 

The property had been tenanted since the owners relocated to South London. With both working full time, they found it difficult to co-ordinate various tradespeople to update the house and present it in its best light.  

We re-decorated the house throughout, repaired the rots in the windows and door frames, carried out general maintenance and essential roof repairs. 

Once the makeover was completed, we staged it with hired furniture and styled it for sale. We then worked with the agent to market the property. This property was marketed through Bradford and Howley.
