A four-bedroom family home

Our clients had moved out of the family home they had lived in for over 15 years, leaving most of their belongings behind. Unable to physically return to the house for personal reasons, they engaged us to manage the preparation of the property for sale on their behalf. The project was handled sensitively and discretely as we always do, with confidential documents and personal belongings taken care and disposed of with utmost care.


How we helped

We undertook the enormous task to return the neglected home into its original beautiful state ready for sale. This included:

  • clearing out and disposing of all the furniture and belongings from four bedrooms, two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, office, garage, garden and driveway

  • thorough deep cleaning of the the entire property

  • re-decorating of the house’s interior and exterior

  • updating the dated and damaged kitchen

  • tidying the front and back garden

  • cleaning all windows and glass doors

  • arranging for boiler and electrical servicing and repairs

  • arranging to shred confidential documents and scan personal photos

  • designing and staging the property for sale

  • meeting with several agents at the property for valuation and providing feedback for their final agent selection

When the house was sold, we gave it a final clean and tidy, ready to welcome the new owners.
