We staged this lovely 3-Bedroom family home near St George’s School in Harpenden in the summer. 

The house had been in the same family for over 60 years and was passed down to the current owners who are based in Australia. The house was freshly re-decorated throughout, providing us with a clean and crisp base for the Home Staging. 

We made use of some of the mid-century antique furniture which belonged to their relatives and created a scheme around the treasured pieces. The small unassuming vacant box room to the front of the house was transformed into a single bedroom with a desk, showcasing it as a third bedroom. 

We loved working with the owner who understands and appreciates the value of home staging. Coming from Australia, they believe in never putting a house on the market without staging it.
