The lovely owners of a large family home in St Albans engaged our Interior Design services to update several rooms in the house.
In the large formal living room, all the furniture was previously pushed up against the walls. We brought in sofa of the right scale and re-configured all the furniture placement. We designed a large bookcase and dressed the room with beautiful accessories for a luxurious look.
To achieve a timeless look in the family bathroom, we used herringbone Carrera marble mosaics on the walls, black marble dados and matching skirtings all around the bathroom. The floor tiles feature a monochrome classic pattern.
The old study had fitted cabinets all along the wall which our clients found overbearing. We removed some of the cabinets, replaced the flooring with bold vinyl tiles, added a statement leather lounge chair and a large writing desk.
The room now looks cosy and contemporary.
