Our clients engaged our Pre-sale Property Makeover and Home Staging services when they were planning to sell their previous family home in St Albans. The house sold quickly after the transformation. When they moved to their new home in Harpenden, they engaged us to design and project manage the interior and exterior renovation work.
The property is a grand locally listed Edwardian house on one of the most prestigious streets in Harpenden. Planning permissions were obtained for the exterior work carried out.
The renovation work covered complete refurbishment of bathrooms, re-decorating, re-wiring, plumbing, roof replacement, installation of new windows and flooring.
We created a walk-in dressing room which leads onto the master ensuite in the master bedroom. The downstairs cloakroom is barely 2sqm and the smallest we have ever designed. We transformed it into a contemporary space while making sure the design is in keeping with the age of the property.
