The owner converted the loft space into a master bedroom with a very steep pitched roof. Staging showcased how furniture can be placed in an odd-shape room and helped secure a sale.

This property in St Albans was listed on the market for six months with no successful sale prior to staging. We transformed the vacant loft room into a beautiful and sophisticated master suite with high end furniture and accessories. We then styled the rest of the house with the lifestyle profile of a young professional family in mind. The house sold within two weeks of staging.
