THE PROJECT

This 4-bedroom detached house in St Albans ticks all the boxes as a functional family home. We brought it back to its former glory after a period of neglect by tenants limited its sale potentials.

When their tenants moved out, the lovely owners were left with a house in need of urgent attention from top to bottom. Overwhelmed by the sheer amount of work required to bring it up to scratch, they engaged us to give the house a pre-sale makeover. Our team completely cleared out the house, gave it a full re-decoration, deep cleaned every corner, tidied up the overgrown garden, carried out general maintenance and updated the kitchen. We then staged it for the family market and met with agents on their behalf.
