Our property investor client engaged our Home Staging services to transform the interior and roof terraces of two penthouses in Sandbanks, Dorset. 

The roof terraces are recent addition to the penthouses. They offer sweeping 360-degree views of the stunning Dorset coast and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. They are highly sought after outdoor spaces for coastal properties like these. 

Designing and sourcing furniture for outdoor spaces of coastal homes come with several challenges. The furniture and accessories need to be able to withstand the high winds and harsh weather conditions, be seagull proof and washable (droppings!!), and look stylish at the same time. 

We sourced the weatherproof and sturdy outdoor furniture and accessories from our list of trusted suppliers. Even the sandbags, which are used to weigh down the furniture, must look good and were designed and made in Denmark. 

The property was marketed and sold by Tailor Made.
