THE PROJECT

We designed this grand locally listed Edwardian family home on one of Harpenden’s most prestigious streets for our clients, after helping them to prepare their home in St Albans for sale.

After the makeover, their previous house sold quickly at a better than expected price in an extremely challenging market. We then gave their new home a full internal renovation and external facelift. The work covered interior design, refurbishment of bathrooms and creating a walk-in dressing room with ensuite, re-decorating, re-wiring, plumbing, roof replacement, installation of new windows and flooring. We continue to work with this lovely family on an on-going basis on maintenance of the property.
