HATFIELD ROAD

We were contacted by a local developer for our Home Staging services for this compact studio in St Albans. 

This studio was quite a challenging space to work with, as the open plan room is tiny, and the sleeping area has an awkward angle. It could barely fit a double bed.  

It was very difficult for prospective buyers to imagine how furniture could be placed and the property struggled to sell for a very long time. 

We provided our client with a layout floorplan drawn to scale, showing the optimal way to place the furniture. It turned out to be a significantly better solution than what they initially had in mind. They were pleased with the zoning of the space and how we had laid it out.  

We staged the property with quality hired furniture and styled it simply but effectively. 

The property sold shortly after staging through Cassidy and Tate.
