THE PROJECT

The owners of this rental apartment in St Albans were trying to sell it from overseas without much success. We gave it a makeover and arranged for re-valuation of the property with estate agents.

The apartment was in urgent need of updating, which would explain why it was not attracting any buyers for 6 months. We took videos and photos of every room for the owners and set out a plan of actions required to bring it up to date. We also staged it for sale after the makeover. It would have been difficult for the owners to manage various tradespeople from Switzerland. We took over the tired looking property and handed it back completely transformed.
