The owners of this rental property in St Albans have relocated and found it difficult to manage various tradespeople on site. We gave it a makeover and staged it for the young professional buyers’ market.

The property is located on a narrow street, lined with Straw Hat factory workers’ cottages from Victorian times. It retains many original features such as ornate fireplaces and original shop windows to the front. Our team of tradespeople re-decorated the house throughout, repaired the rots in the windows and door frames and carried out general maintenance including essential damp and roof repairs. We picked up the keys to a tired looking property, and handed it back fully ready to be listed for sale.
