THE PROJECT

This studio in St Albans was a challenging space to work with, as the open plan living space is tiny and the sleeping area has an awkward angle. We showcased how the furniture should be placed in this show home.

The property was vacant and struggled to sell for a long time. We provided our client with a layout floorplan drawn to scale, showing the optimal way to place the furniture. It turned out to be a significantly better solution than what they initially had in mind. They were pleased with the zoning of the space and how we had laid it out. It sold immediately after staging.
