THE PROJECT

We showcased how to create a cosy, stylish and homely living room in this compact 2-Bedroom property converted by a local developer in St Albans for the young professional buyers market.

The living room of this commercial premises conversion is very small. We worked hard to demonstrate the optimal layout of the furniture and introduced textures and colours in the soft furnishings as well as accessories to turn it into a warm and functional space. Storage were added wherever possible as they are essential for a small property like this. Prior to staging, the property struggled to sell for 3 months but sold immediately after staging.
