ST JULIAN’S ROAD

A local estate agent referred a developer to us for our Home Staging services. They had just renovated a property in St Albans and wanted it to stand out to achieve the best possible sale price. 

The house had undergone a complete refurbishment from top to bottom. It features 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, bright and airy living room, a brand-new kitchen/diner and a second living space which leads on to an amazing large garden. 

We wanted to ensure that staging could take place immediately after the refurbishment had completed. In order to do that, we produced computer generated images of the house to scale to show the proposed furniture layout for each room.  

With the layout agreed, we worked quickly and were able to stage the property as soon as it was ready. Our client was very impressed with the result.
